There is a reason I keep going to this optical store even after it has moved from its previous location on the upper Westside :) For optimum service and quality hands in they are the dream team…4 Sure! Not recommend this store if you are looking for seamless replacement lens service in a timely manner. I had an eye exam and ordered a new prescription lens on an existing frame, staff Liz didn't provide the exam prescription copy and order invoice at first until I asked. Also she promised the new lens would be delivered in 7 days and will keep me posted, ending up with 14 days delay and all I got is radio silence. I had to visited store, the other staff in store were unable to track my order status even I had order number, we had to wait Liz 10 minutes until she in store, then found out she totally lost track my order until 10 minutes search in their back of house , which is a expamle of her work ethic. Although the replaced lens works well eventually, I'm still not confident of this store management and service.

Beautiful selection of high-quality eyewear and exceptional service. Fantastic team, but a special shout out to Denise, who is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and has a great eye for choosing frames that truly complement your face.. In contrast to other stores where choosing frames felt overwhelming and time-consuming, Denise’s decisiveness and expertise make the process seamless. You can genuinely trust her recommendations. She made the entire process easy and even helped us get glasses on a tight timeline—something that felt impossible elsewhere. I highly recommend the! I will definitely return and refer others.

Place on 99th and Broadway is fantastic. The doctor is very understanding and the staff overall is top-tier. Thank you so much for helping me with my contact. Emergency situation is awesome Saturday morning.
