Eyeworld Vision Center

I went to this store off of a friend's recommendation. Apparently, they had I new doctor in the store. I have taken my glasses back twice and was told that is the prescription I need. After wearing them. For a month, still cannot use the glasses to drive in and had no distance. I felt I was rushed through in a hurry so they can make room for somebody else. Eventually, had to go to a another store to get the glasses properly.Adjusted so I can see. Customer service could have been better.

I’m not a fan of this place. Dr. Boatwright was my doctor at Walmart for years, and after she retired, I decided to try EyeWorld simply because it was close to home. The final straw for me was when both the assistant and the doctor repeatedly made comments about my son’s hair. It made him uncomfortable, and as a mother, that was enough for me. We were later referred to another doctor, who also had comments to make about his hair. That was my last visit to EyeWorld in Saraland. If you feel like you’ve been mistreated or made uncomfortable, trust that feeling. You have every right to take your business somewhere you feel respected. Thankfully, I’ve found a new doctor for both my son and myself, and we couldn’t be happier. Keep your eyes peeled. 👀

This is my second year to have my eye exam and new glasses from Eyeworld due to leaving another eye place that seemed to lose interest in quality and professionalism. I am extremely pleased with the staff and quality of the products from Eyeworld. They are always courteous and professional and put for the effort to make sure you have a great experience and great vision. Eyeworld for the win!

Went in for an eye exam for contacts. As I was checking out they informed me that I would need to return for contact training. I explained I would be out of town for 3 months opening a new office. They said I could not get perception for contacts without training but still charged me. My guess is they must charge for the training be carful check you receipts here

Everyone is always happy to help you and cheerful. Enjoy coming in. They are so kind and helpful. And today was a great experience. It wasn't very busy, so it was easy for me to get In-N-Out. There are a few of my favorite people that work there. Peggy is one can't remember everyone else's name. But they're always a joy
