Dr Wilson and her staff were gems they restored my feelings from the bad experience that I receive when I was in on March 2026 from check in to check out and including the optical dept. But today visit was perfect the receptionist Charley the two eye technician Makayla Chrissy and Dr Wilson they were very informative of what each visit entailed I left out with my grandchildren with a smile 😊 thank you treating us with caring kindness and respect. Thank you for the compassion shown🥰

This was a first visit for my 4 year old. Dr. Sugg was great! Very friendly and welcoming.

Great facility been here twice for myself and today for my baby. Very sweet staff and they get you in and out. I will be returning when it's time for my yearly eye exam.

I’m very pleased with the decision to upgrade the lens I chose. My doctor explained the options completely. After one day, I noticed changes, my vision was improving and showing me, what a solid foundation for a new outlook on years to come. Next month the final surgery for a bright and clear future ahead! This group has improved the quality of life for every age in our community! Saraland proud!!

The experience I had at Southern Eye Group and their prescription services in particular was very poor. They gave me none of the information I needed to order my son glasses even though they claim to give you a "prescription". And after the doctor told me last year he needed glasses to see the board, somehow this year the doctor brushed off my comment about why he was using glasses and said he only needs them for close up work/reading at his desk. The tech had my son try to read one line and that was it to decide on a prescription... To add to the frustration, I ordered my contacts from there and they are $40/box more than where I found them online at a reasonable cost. I overpaid by at least $320. BUYER/CUSTOMER BEWARE.
