I had such an amazing experience at the Walmart Vision Center! Johnah was absolutely wonderful and made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She took the time to help me pick out the perfect contacts and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice. I went to pick them up today, 5/22/2026, and the customer service was just as great as my first visit. It’s hard to find people who are genuinely kind, patient, and helpful these days, but Johnah went above and beyond. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience — I highly recommend this vision center to anyone looking for outstanding care and customer service!

Eye doctor is great but the staff does not care about the patients to save their lives. Does not care that one of the doctors patients is having issues and done exactly what the doctor said. Does not give messages to the doctor so that she can adequately take care of her patients. Just lost my families business. I will travel elsewhere for my care. Do not deal with Kaleighya. She is just plain rude and ugly and will not help you in any way.

Some new guy in there with a bad attitude and glasses need to be terminated. Lack knowledge of anything😒. I should've waited on the woman but she was busy doing all the work

The Dr was fine. Rest of the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Didn't order my contacts then ordered wrong ones. Eventually I got them

The best pair glasses I purchased were at Walmart in 65 & Dauphine St, I loved the fit most of all "I could see and nothing came off!!!! Now ,I am gonna try Walmart's in Saraland I hope I get same kind of service at this store.
