My examiner.. I didn't quite catch her name but was super kind and got things done. Very personable and she even complimented on my eyeglasses. Doc was cool straight to the point. And Jen who helped me out with the checking out and picking out the frames.. also was kind and personable... and answered all my questions. Overall great customer service.
Lawrence was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable being there and informed me about each step of the way. The doctor, was incredible as well. Angela helped me find the right frame and was so patient and friendly about my indecisiveness. Thank you!
Angie was very nice, she gave me all the information I needed regarding my glasses, she was very helpful and professional. The eye doctor was nice and intelligent. He picked up on the fact that I can’t see well up close and far away without me telling him. Very nice and professional people.
I always have a wonderful experience at LensCrafters. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Jen is amazing! She doesn’t rush you through your exam and listens to everything you have to say about your eyesight. She is very thorough and professional five stars.
The Doctor was robotically uptight, however he’s quick and efficient. Not necessarily a bad thing, Both of the sales floor Associates were incredibly helpful, sometimes all we need if for someone to listen to what we’re saying and more importantly what we aren’t. Your kindness patients and understand was very much appreciated. From charging my phone to credit card payment you both went above and beyond for someone you didn’t know, you didn’t hesitate you just did it. Empathy, kindness, understanding. You really don’t know how you both changed the trajectory of the rest of my day. I appreciate you both. I can’t wait to see the awesome pink gold transition ,progressive ( words ) whatever ? My new glasses!
