I have been a LensCrafters customer for years and am 100% satisfied with their services. Excellent customer service; very friendly, respectful, and professional. They are a great team working toward the same goals... providing the best possible service to customers. Thank you to all the LensCrafters employees.
Dr Feras & his staff are an amazing bunch! I’ve been in need of new glasses for quite some time, I came to LensCrafters mainly to look at frames and get pricing on everything, I was able to get frames picked out, and an exam scheduled. I came back, had the exam done and got my glasses ordered. The entire staff was very helpful & professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this specific LensCrafters location on Ming!
Amazing customer service as per usual. Came in for a warranty on my Oakleys and they handled it swiftly and smoothly! Thank you so much Jen, you made my day!
