Well, I went to Lens Crafters again today to order a second pair of sunglasses and I was assisted by a Stephanie. Just like my experience with Ben the day before, Stephanie was 100% on point! Stephanie was kind, friendly and professional. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, plans and discounts. Stephanie provided me with exceptional customer service!
Went in today and was helped by Jennifer and Dr. Khan. I don’t like going to the eye doctor but this was the best experience I’ve ever had! Jennifer was quick and remembered me from when I made an appointment so she made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Khan was very professional and incredibly sweet. I highly recommend this LensCrafters!
Kenneth was amazing! I never write reviews, but i felt obligated to do this because the service was beyond what i expected. I am a very indecisive person by nature lol and i literally was trying to find glasses for an hour and i went back and forth with many pair, kenneth was right there answering all my questions and also spoke to me about the lenscrafters plan, which was not my plan that day, but i ended up getting it and leaving with 3 pair that i absolutely love! its truly hard to find someone knowledgeable and patient these days in customer service, and i appreciated him. THANKS KENNETH!
