Had my eyes exam by Dr Jones and he was very rude and acted like it ticked him off when I would ask a question, I have never had a eye Dr act the way he did so I definitely won't be going back to him. I was wondering if the prescription he gave me was right so i went another eye Dr. And had a exam and Jones prescription wasn't the correct one . He definitely doesn't even deserve a one star
I have been going to Dr. Jones for many years! Yesterday, I had a "eye"emergency. He got me right in and diagnosed the problem immediately! It was a very serious condition! I can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and the compassionate care that was provided to me! My eye is healing and should be good to go! Thank you to Dr. Jones and his staff. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!

Drove 40min, just to be told they don’t accept my insurance. But online it says they do. Front desk lady was nice and took the blame but that doesn’t help me. Update your website..
This was my first visit to Fairview Eyecare. The office and staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm terrible with names, but the woman that handles everything up front is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Jones is very efficient, walked me through the new technology they have that you can choose rather than have your eyes dilated and answered every question without making me feel like I was being a bother. My exam included both glasses and fitting for contacts. So far, these new contacts are amazing. This is the first time I have found my prescription (a + prescription) in stock and not have to be ordered. I plan on being a return patient and would recommend Fairview Eyecare!
