Performance Eyecare is new to us, but Dr. Jalali is not. We’ve been patients of his for over two decades now and very happy to see him back in Columbia and our first visit today. Your new to us office staff was great there too! Thank you to all the ladies in the office who accommodated our family appointments!! Performance Eyecare made a great choice bringing Dr. Jalali back into the area and looking forward to greater things in 2026 as he gets more settled in. My son’s other specialist is out for several months currently but they got us in timely for his routine checks we had to delay 2x now elsewhere. No one has ever been able to dial in our son’s Rx for glasses like Dr. Jalali can in the entire state! He truly cares. The others say they can but never get his Rx done with the personal care and attention to the detail that Dr. Jalali has a special gift for. We’ve trusted Dr. Jalali for two of our son’s eyeglasses/contacts maintenance for 24 years now and he is definitely a big part of our family’s team of specialists including several in St. Louis. He’s a professional we can trust with our heart for our own but now he is part of Performance Eyecare’s team too to bless other’s similarly!! I was on time and was addressed immediately. No wait …..The tech took me into the exam room and performed a compilation of pre-exam tests. Once she was done with that, I was taken into the actual exam room. I waited no longer than five minutes for the doctor. He introduced himself and made me feel at ease immediately. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is so easy to talk to. I shared my concerns with him and he listened intently. In all my years, I have never had such a comprehensive and thorough eye exam. Worth every penny. I really appreciate that Dr. Jallani took his time and answered any questions I had. When we were done in the exam room, I met with the front room office/glasses Tech, Meg, and she helped me pick out frames and then did a total rundown of what the final cost of my glasses would be. I was so pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend Performance Eye Care For anyone wishing to experience an all encompassing optical diagnosis. Their prices are competitive and affordable. Dr Jalali is very personable. He performed a thorough eye exam and made sure he answered all questions. I like that he takes a holistic approach. I would recommend him to my friends.
