I had an elderly male optometrist in April 2025, and he was just awful. He does NOT listen when a person says no. He pushed and pushed when I said no! He is callous and rude! I paid cash for my appointment and told the receptionist when I made the appointment and again when I showed up that the appointment is NOT for a new glasses prescription. When I showed up the receptionist said "but it comes with the exam." I told her again I don't want it. So I was very upset when the eye doctor ONLY wanted to review my glasses prescription and nothing else. He used the phoroptor/refractor machine. I refused a new prescription again when he pulled the machine up to my face but he still did the entire process. At the end when he wanted me to say if the new or the old prescription is better I could NOT tell a difference between them but he would not accept that answer and still continued to push. He does not listen at all. By the time he was done with the refractor machine I was SO angry! He does not respect the no but I still had to talk to him because he had not addressed the issue I got the appointment for. He thought he was all done and told me goodbye. I tried to tell him what was wrong more than once, but he just interrupted me each time to completely dismiss and ignore my concerns. I asked him, are you not even going to LOOK at my eyeballs??? So he got his little flashlight out and GLANCED at my eyes, only to tell me I will feel better after I buy the new glasses. I went to the front desk to get my papers after all his ignorant bs to take to MY optometrist 2 hours away but they didn't give me anything, just wanted me to go buy glasses. I just walked out, but I should have way sooner. What a total waste of money!!! It turned out I just had digital eye fatigue from working on a computer so much for the first time in my life, and he could not even recognize that! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Dr. Snider has done an excellent job working with my wife regarding her cataracts and getting her cataracts surgically repaired. When discovered, they got her a appointment and referral to have them fixed as soon as possible. It was a two week turnaround from discovery to getting the first one fixed, and one more week to fix the other.

I call, get put on hold just for them to hang up. I call back same thing happens again. I've been waiting over a month for my child's glasses and he's supposed to be wearing them full-time. I just don't understand.

Dr Snider has been truly outstanding in terms of professionalism and compassion. Last year, she quickly diagnosed a detached retina and sent me to an excellent surgeon. This year, she took extra time to verify a cataract issue. Big Thanks to Dr Snider and her team!

Dr. Snider is hands down the best optometrist in the area and personally the best that I have ever gone to. She consistently has a positive attitude and is just an all around great person. I have been seeing Dr. Snider for over five years now and she has always been exceptionally nice, accommodating, and answers any questions I may have with sincerity. More recently, I would specifically like to point out just how great Dr. Snider has been this past year as my primary followup optometrist following my Lasik surgery in 2019. Not only has she been 100% in our scheduled followups, she has also been available for any in-between concerns I have had. There have been two or three occasions over the last few months where I had questions regarding my eyes post-Lasik and was dealing with some side effects from medication as well and every time I called with these concerns the staff got me in to see Dr. Snider almost immediately. She was quick to see me (even when she seemed very busy!) and took care of of issues I had promptly but thoroughly. Between the staff that has always been great and Dr. Snider's outstanding care I couldn't recommend them enough!
