Front staff need to learn how to fix there attitudes. Left crying hysterically because of the extreme rudeness. After reading reviews from here I'm not the only one with a similar experience. All because I asked two questions. There excuse was because they were extremely short staffed. I understood. But that is not my fault nor my children's fault to be treated so badly. Doctors are amazing. But they need to focus on there staff. All the way around.

I've been going to Dr. Scott for years. He is a great Dr., but he needs to focus on his staff. The front end poeple who handle the appointments and billing are fine.....never had an issue with them. The department that handles the frames and lenses is a different story. I picked up new frames and lenses on 03/25/26. The frames initially fit well. I wore them for that day and notice the arms of the frames were loose and I was afraid my glass would fall off my face during work and get damaged. I went in to get them adjusted. I spoke with Emily. I told her the issues with the frames. She left to work on the frames and returned a few minutes later. I tried on the glasses and the arms were loose. I told her about it and she replied "the screw is tightened down all the way and I can't do anything about it." I asked about returning them for a replacement and ahe said they didn't allow returns. I then stated, "So I stuck with the glasses?" She replied, "Yep." I told her I didn't like them and she said, What don't you like about them? I had to rehash the entire thing again. She went and got her manager. The manager was as equally rude. I explained the situation to he and she told me they had no return policy. She also had the nerve to ask me who picked out the frames.....like anyone else would have picked them for me. I them told her other clinics have a return policy and that I would go there. Her response was Well, I'll just cancel your future appointments. That last statement shows that the staff doesn't care for the patients. I will not be back. This review is only the first step. I considering filing a complaint with the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB.

Since my initial review the issue has been handled. Emily goes out of her way to right the situation. Dr. Morden listens and is very passionate about his work. Both have been very patient helping my son get his vision in a good place.

I really like Dr.Scott he's is amazing . But the ladies up front that do billing and answer questions are really rude and disrespectful they talk to you like your trash and they don't care if you're a patient or not plus they do test without telling you it's not covered by your insurance so your out of pocket for the test even if you can't afford it. I'm very sad I have to find a new Dr. but I can't be talked to like that and treated like I'm not important.

If I could give no stars I would, extremely rude when calling to make an appointment and get insurance filled. Do not use this clinic. If the doctors and staff are anything like their first point of contact office people, you will be treated with extreme rudeness.
