Very disappointed, do not go here unless you have money to spend. Very disappointed with this place and I’ll keep it professional all I will say is they will not go out of way to help and we will not be going here anymore. Having vision insurance and medical insurance for a diabetic paying $700 on a fixed income out of pocket is ridiculous and them saying they can’t do anything about trying to correct it is crazy. I’ve personally worked 8 years for another vision clinic and I know there’s something that can be done. So until then I will make sure my family and friends do not go through this nonsense

Dr. Fairchild is so attentive and knowledgeable. She takes her time, discusses options and is always so upbeat and personable. The clinic staff is all very sweet and helpful.

If you go in for an eye exam that your insurance covers they will do extra stuff behind your back without you knowing that your insurance does not cover, services you did not ask for or you did not come in for, and they will send you a bill for it six months down the road And expect you to pay more. I will be finding a new eye doctor from now on… sorry but that is a dirty business practice as far as I’m concerned… Very shady

Robertson Eye Center is the only place I'll go to for my glasses from now on. I've never been completely happy with my prescription glasses until my first visit to Robertson. My glasses arrived 7 business days after the order was placed and once I put them on, I was extremely happy with how well I was able to see. It's my first pair of bifocals and I think I'll be accustomed to them soon enough. I'm most excited about being able to read actual books instead of enlarged fonts on my Kindle! I gave up on books about 5 years ago but these new glasses have allowed me to read books again and I'm so thrilled. The staff are all so kind and helpful. I can't remember names but the lady that helps pick out glasses was so helpful in making sure I was happy with the frames. The front desk clerk was very efficient and sweet even with a huge line of people rushing in right after lunch. Dr. Fairchild even recommended a brand of frames and I'm glad she brought them to my attention. I love my glasses to be pretty and not just functional. Dr. Fairchild also spent a good deal of time ruling out genetic eye conditions that I thankfully did not inherit from my mother. No other eye doctor has spent that much time putting my mind at ease and explaining things to me. I'm very grateful for her care. Overall, I'm just very pleased with my whole experience at Robertson Eye Center. I know my mom and my grandma have also been very happy with the service they've received at this clinic. Very lovely people and exceptional service.

I could not be happier with my services received and my glasses I now have. Would definitely recommend if you think you need your eyes checked. I can see the world in an entirely new view!
