Wonderful eye care practice! Dr. Guy is top notch! He is so supportive and listens to my concerns and always offers up-to-date solutions for my eye care needs. He keeps informed of new therapies and options.
I had a very frustrating experience with the front desk. On more than one occasion, my calls were disconnected when there was difficulty understanding my name or my English. I confirmed my appointment when requested and received a confirmation message saying “We look forward to seeing you soon.” Despite that, my appointment was later canceled. No explanation was provided, and I was unable to reach the office by phone. As a patient, I felt dismissed instead of being helped. I waited two weeks for an appointment, only to have it canceled at the last minute. Communication and customer service need significant improvement.
Nice, clean office with friendly staff! Dr. Guy was fantastic with my kids ( ages 5 and 2.5) and not many people in the area see kids that age , so that says alot. He went above and beyond so I will definitely be back.
Dr. Guy is Very knowledgeable as a doctor, friendly and is highly respected by the professionals in the optometric community - I know, I'm in the industry. He also does a lot for the community as he organized & managed community outreach and eye screening programs to help kids at Special Olympics👍+++. You'll get a Top level service at the Family Vision Center. I'd go no where else in Rochester for my family's eyecare needs 😎
