Been getting glasses at this location for nearly a decade. The entire time, the eye exam and prescriptions seemed thorough and consistent. Biggest change in the past 3 years was terrific service with the new retail management and team. They are attentive, conscientious and genuinely seem to care that you are pleased with your glasses. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because I don't understand the high cost of frames.

My daughter and I recently visited the Algonquin location for our annual exams. The environment was warm and inviting. Staff (Edward and Lauren) were friendly, kind and informative of what to expect with the appt. Dr. Janikowski was exceptional. Her professionalism, knowledge, and relatability was top notch! The entire staff went above and beyond- over all wonderful experience! 10/10

Was trying to be courteous and call them that i was in traffic and would be 7 minutes late and Rosa (who needs a lesson in manners) just flat out was like nope we have to cancel your appointment what!!!! Over 7 minutes? I picked my son up early from camp to bring him here just so I can drive around for 30 minutes wasting my gas and time. No thank you I will not bother making another appointment with this place because i guarantee you if they were running late which they were on our last appointment they wouldn't care. Even if I was to get an apology the way Rosa’s attitude was I would t want to ever step foot back in. Wioletta Zlataric

At age 76 I now realize I have been going to the wrong places all these years. I couldn't remember my eye insurance company since they never seemed to cover much. Rosa was able to find it. Rosa's knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness was wonderful. I finally found a pair of glasses that didn't almost put me in debt. This will be the only place I go from now on. Make sure Rosa never leaves.

Repeat customer. Very happy with Dr. Dawn, she’s familiar with my history and even remembers I’m from out of state. Very thorough exam. Prices of glasses are very fair. I always find what I am looking for. Will go again next year.
