I was nervous going in as I’ve always gone to a different practice, but Ana, Jocelyn & Selena were all very welcoming. I saw Dr. Ahmed and she was amazing! She was very patient and explained everything about my eye health and vision changes. When it came to picking out my new glasses Selena made my experience very easy! Thank you so much Selena, I’m so excited about my new MiuMiu’s. I will definitely be coming back!
Picked up my new glasses from FYI Doctors today and couldn’t be happier. The entire team was welcoming and professional, and the process was smooth from check-in to pickup. Very pleasant experience with the whole team at FYi doctors. Doctor Tameen was very informative and professional at explaining the details of my exam. The Northridge facility is where I went and Selena was also very helpful at helping me select the proper lens for my glasses.
I recently went in for an eye exam since I was having some discomfort in my eyes. I saw Dr. Kochkarian who did a very thorough examination and explained everything in detail as to what I was feeling and how to treat it. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I also purchased my first pair of glasses at the end of the exam with help from the staff who patiently helped me try out different styles until I found the ones I liked, and even walked me through my insurance coverage. I would absolutely recommend StudioEyes, especially Dr. Kochkarian, to anyone needing an optometrist or a new pair of glasses.
