Fantastic clinic! About 4:00 pm on Tuesday I realized that there was something stuck on my eye that I couldn’t move or flush out and it was extremely painful! I called my regular office that I have gone to for many years, and they informed me that they couldn’t see me for two weeks. I explained to them that I felt like it was more of an emergency situation and they wouldn’t budge. I knew I needed to see an eye doctor, and I knew it was late but things that happened to you don’t always happen when we want them. I immediately went to look and see if there was possibly another clinic that would take me in. I called here first, and instead of being met with a bunch of pushing back the front office asked me a few questions about what was going on i.e. triage put me on hold for not even a minute and asked if I could make it there by 4:30 which I could although I was out cleaning Horse pens so I was a mess, but I jumped in the car and headed in. It turned out It was a pretty good size sticker or seed coat embedded in my eye that wasn’t coming out without the help of numbing drops. The doctor made me feel very comfortable, was friendly and not once did I hear from the office complaints about working extra because of my issue. They have won me over and I highly recommend them because they will take care of you. Thank you so much to the entire clinic and the doctor for staying late. As she put it, if I had waited two weeks, it just would’ve festered badly because it left a good size tract where it was embedded. She gave me a hard copy of my antibiotics in case I needed to shop around, which I didn’t,, I am happy to report that things are on the mend.
