I bought new contacts which I picked up today. When I get home they're not even marked which contact goes in the left, or which contact goes in the right. Very unprofessional. So disappointed. However, they were so happy to take my money$$$$$$
Loved my experience. It was my first time coming in for glasses. Spoke with Ana, so grateful she was so patient and sweet. Jon was very good with my son and kept him busy with some coloring activities while I was looking at frames. I appreciate them both for making my experience easy. Definitely will be returning
Jon and Ana are awesome! Every time I come in, which is quite often, they are so helpful. They are always kind and very attentive to what I need. And they always make sure to interact with my son who started wearing glasses this year. I appreciate their great customer service!
I want to say some good words about this vision center. The staff was very friendly to my in-laws and immediately fixed the problem with the glasses. The lady even suggested a proper examination of the balance of the glasses and then reminded the comfort level when he put on the glasses. Wonderful job.
This vision center has been supplying eye care and glasses for the past, maybe 20 years. Over time their selection has gotten better and better. Ana has always been so helpful to me and my family, I always get what I need from their shop-in-shop, be they eyewear or accessories like anti fog spray or cleaning cloths. Highly recommend ✅
