Garner Optical is customer service personified. You are greeted by Paula, she discussed my wants as well as needs for my frames. She even looked at my prescription first to make sure the frame I selected would work well for my prescription. Frame choice at Garner Optical is A+. The quality of my lens is excellent. I have bought many pairs of glasses here They have recently replaced my lenses they stand behind their warranty and provide the best service.

Closed - out of business - no announcement - not even a notification on the door - no post card to customers - and of course no warranty support for recent sales. He's allegedly gone into real estate.
