I've been going to Georgia Eye Care Center for years, and I've never had a problem with the staff. Doctor Felicity is a good, caring eye doctor. Bad reviews come from people who, when things don't go their way, get upset and want to write a bad review. If you're looking for a good eye doctor this is the best eye care center to come to.

Very unprofessional receptionist who do not know how to schedule. I had an appt at 10:45 am and I waited a hour and a half. Since I was waiting I went to receptionist to make sure I wasn't skipped. She said I still had 3 people ahead of me. I told her I had to go to work so she was like their appts normally have to wait 2-3 hours. I was like I was never told that. This is was 2nd visit and the first one went rather fast. I informed her that I was never told that appts are 2-3 hours wait. By healthcare law, she suppose to inform patient after a 45 minutes past their appts of any changes. She did not. So I asked to reschedule. I asked if I could have something to show that I was there for work and she said no because I didn't see the doctor. So I'm like ok then please give me back my copay since I didn't see the doctor. I had to argue to get that back. I do not recommend this place at all.
