All the bad reviews are true, they probably don't even spend the time to read the reviews or even care because they have made no improvements but I hope any future customers will at least steer away. I have called multiple times in attempts to get a copy of my prescription I have always been nice as I work in customer service and how it can be but makes no difference whatsoever because she is always rude and hangs up. I honestly don't even care if she is rude or not she just needs to do her job. I have been patient and have waited a week each time i have requested my prescription, this is my fourth attempt and if I get no results I will be making a complaint to the better business bureau and suggest you all do the same it takes less than five minutes.

This place deserves less then one star. If anyone left a good review they either got paid to do so or are a family member/friend of the staff. I have never received such rude and dismissive service in my life. When I called to update my phone information they cut me off and put me on hold before I could finish my sentence. When she came back she told me my Glasses where not in. Keep in mind I wasn't calling about my glasses. I was trying to update phone information. When I tried to explain that she hung up on me. I was shocked. I wasn't being rude or impatient. Vision Savers needs to train their staff proper phone Etiquette. Listen actively and listen to others without INTERRUPTING. Had the staff member who answered my call let me finish my first sentence this encounter would have been completed in less then a minute. Instead it took 3x as long and my phone information STILL has not been updated. Plus now, because of this staff member, they have a unhappy customer, who will not be a return customer, and a bad business review.
The employees here are rude. I gave 1800 contacts permission to request my prescription. Its been a week and 3 unanswered faxes later. I finally called myself today letting them know that my prescription was being requested. The woman on the phone said "What do you want me to do?". I had to keep my composure at that point and politely request for my prescription to be emailed to me. She said no, either pick up or fax. Okay. I'll call 1800 contacts and get their fax number. I wasn't off the phone with them for 2 minutes getting that number and when I called back they hard turned their automated answering on.
This place deserves no stars. The Dr's are nice, but the receptionist is incredibly rude. She dismisses all of your concerns and questions and doesn't make you feel very welcome. I was going here because I could get my eye exams for cheap. But at this point its not even worth it anymore. Also, I've been going there for years, and apparently I've had an astigmatism for a while and the dr. Never brought it up to me. I had to ask him about it myself. And when I had concerns about the contact irritating my eye, once again. The receptionist dismissed my concerns. Months later and im still having issues with the same eye that they were supposed to give me a corrective lense for. Im never going back. I rather spend extra money. They should find new help up there because she's ruining their business.
Great place, the staff was great as well as the doc. As a walk in I was processed quickly, and the exam took no time, I just need an updated prescription, and found a great pair of frames. I can't wait to pick up my new glasses in a few days, and look forward to using them as my go to for my vision care.
