BEST customer service AND care! I'd been going here for years. And after several years of being out of town, and back to working locally, I went in for my yearly checkup. They are very thorough, thoughtful and informative. I was so glad to see them still in business and still providing a wonderful service!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don’t EVER go to this establishment! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! I waited a month for my glasses. I was some what okay with this being that it was 12/17 and around the holidays. However, I didn’t get my glasses until the end of January 2026. When I did get them back, IT WAS THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION and I could not see out of my very expensive progressive lenses with UV. I kept telling her I couldn’t see out of them and was told, you’re gonna have to get use to them. Highly frustrated, I went to another vision doctor the next day after pickup, and was told my medication was off. Took the glasses BACK to Midtowne vision and they accepted the glasses back to change it to the others provider’s prescription. Cool, So what about my refund of what I paid because now I have single vision lenses fully paid by my company PLUS the additional money out of pocket for the UV protection only? I was told I needed to speak with the office manager who saw me standing there and purposely ignored me. Cool! I finally got my corrected glasses on 2/27/26. I had to keep calling them to check to see if they were even in!! This is the second time I had to call and check on my glasses that was just sitting there. So they were there and I went to go pick them up. I once again asked about the refund and was told to write my information on a sticky note for the office manager to contact me. First of all, I should be in the system. Secondly, I HAVENT HEARD A WORD FROM THIS LADY!!! She looked at me while I was there and once again ignored me. So no, not only is the place not tidy, the audacity they have to want to keep my money they didn’t deserve. That’s what I get for paying upfront because I should have know better judging by the condition of the place. Looks like a trap house for vision! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS especially if you have good insurance. Let somebody else do it because this is not it!!

Nice staff and no complaints with the provider, but it took over a month to receive my glasses. That seems excessive. Would have met expectations (3/5) were it not for that.

I would not recommend anyone to go there. I have been a customer for 10 years and this year is my last. I had to wait 2 month to receive contact when my appointment was feb 28 and im just received a call to pick them up because the employee Jeremy doesn't do his job and no one in the building holds him accountable. He doesn't return calls and update customer about there order. He simply ignored you and no one does anything . So this is my last year ever going back to that unprofessional, unorganized placed. So if you want your glasses or contacts back in a timely matter please go somewhere else. He destroying this women business which is really sad.

My children and I have been Midtown Eye care for over 8 years, and I can honestly say that the experience has been absolutely amazing. The staff is always so professional and welcoming. The facility is well kept and organized. You don’t have to wait months to be scheduled. They always provide significant recommendations that actually help to improve and enhance your vision. They don’t try to up sale you useless features that don’t help. I absolutely love this practice and will always remain a patient of theirs.
