Walmart Vision Center

The Dr was very friendly and professional. I was not there long at all. The staff was also friendly and prompt. Diagnosis was inaccurate. I have had Astigmatism for years however this dr stated it was very minor and I could get regular contacts and they would b fine. I took her advice and regretted it! They only offered a year supply so I was stuck with contacts that constantly made me feel like I had something in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. I attempted to reach out to the Dr to see what could b done to rectify the situation however I never received a call back. I'll just stick to downtown opticians.

I would give them 0 stars but had to give the 1 in order to leave a review.I took my grandmother there to get glasses, and the eye exam went great! When it came down to getting her glasses they were the worst ever!!! Please don't waste your time on getting your prescription done there!!! My grandmother could see better without the glasses!!The issue was never resolved and money lost!!

Ebony was very helpful to me!! I was from out of town and lost my only pair of contacts and assisted me in getting my vision Rx faxed over there. Thank you again and so sorry for the late review.

Poor workmanship on measuring glasses. I ordered a pair of glasses with bifocals. The glasses came back with a bifocal that was barely 1/2" high. I had them send the glasses back to be remade and they came back with the bifocal barely larger than the first ones. I then picked out a different frame that was quite a bit larger than the previous one. I have issues with the new ones too. I would give this store 0 stars, but Google only allows 1 to 5.

Love them. Wish my vision insurance worked with them. They are WAY more helpful than other Walmart vision centers.
