Stein in Manhattan Beach is always a good experience. Store is clean, staff friendly and helpful, plus Dr Nenov is a fantastic doctor. I feel lucky to have her keeping my eyes healthy. Good selection of frames too. Highly recommended
Dr. Ong is great. She always takes her time to get me the right RX for my glasses/contact lenses. She is a very caring doctor.
Dr. Ong is wonderful! As a new patient, I was impressed by how patient and attentive she was. She listened carefully to our concerns and made the visit very engaging. It’s rare to find a doctor who balances professional expertise with such a friendly, personable approach.
I had an amazing experience here today with Dr. Heather Nenov. She was so kind, intelligent, and professional. I came with a concern about my right eye and she explained what was going on in a clear way so I could understand. She provided suggestions and a referral to get it addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Nenov for eye examinations!
I was very happy with my experience at Stein Optical. Colleen listened carefully to my concerns about eyeglass frames. She immediately adjusted my present frames, releasing the pressure against my head. She patiently helped me choose a more comfortable frame. She held my chosen frame for over one week. My prescription is currently being filled. I appreciated that Colleen explained the steps she took while fitting me according to my prescription and also making sure I understood the different add-ons I was ordering. I would highly recommend Stein Optical!
