My experience here at this office was warm , caring and professional. I have never had to have glasses or contacts. And I am over forty. I Was scared going to the eye doctor and they made everything so easy. They're prices are good. Their staff was incredibly caring and I trust the doctor very much. She explained everything that I had going on in detail where I could understand as a normal human. I'm so happy to recommend this office to anyone that needs caring healthcare for their eyes!

Amazing ophthalmologist. It's a family- thermologist office they treat you so nice and professional. Dr Catherine is the best she's super knowledgeable it made us feel just like family. I highly recommend coming here if you have any eye problems.
I’ve been with this clinic for at least three years, and I was hoping to stay with them and tried my hardest to give grace for the inconsistencies and various little misunderstandings, mistakes, etc., but it got too difficult to handle. I’m not sure if it’s disorganization or what, but the last straw was that they sent a completely wrong prescription to the store I was getting glasses from. When the glasses finally came in, they had to be sent right back to the lab. Not really any explanation or apology in addition to my frustration and now mistrust regarding whatever my correct prescription is... When I looked at my paperwork from my exam in September, it was also different from the corrected, so I’m done. Eye care is too serious for how careless and unprofessional my overall experience has turned out to be. I’m sad to go, but I hope that they will be motivated to do better because I think they have potential.
Dr. Vicci is an amazing Dr. but the older lady I believe is the manager always seems to be upset and rude with clients. She scolded another mother because her son with autism was touching the front desk decorations but the mom was talking to the son to not touch it and she rudely intervened when clearly the mom had everything under control. Very unprofessional and sad I got to see that.
I LOVED THIS PLACE!!! Service was incredible, staff was very professional and friendly. Doctor was incredibly understanding and had answers to my questions. Had a variety of amazing glasses and affordable prices, the lady showed me new frames that had came in the day of. 100 percent recommend!
