Came in here with my parents and we all got taken care of very well and had our eye exams taken. They had a wide variety of glasses to choose from and basically handed me every pair I wanted to try out. They gave good advice on which lens I should choose and am very pleased with the results. Would come again.
The front desk is amazing! I was running late due to traffic but they were able to accommodate me and were extremely nice. I got examined yesterday by Dr. Kaur and she was amazing. She was very thorough with her assessment and explained the anatomy very well. I was able to actually understand what is going on during the examination and this usually never happens. My previous doctors will never stop and give explanation (only the results). Also, with the frames and contacts- I was given multiple choices to pick from. They really tried to give me the best and affordable options. They have a really great collection! This place is a must visit!!
This establishment is AWESOME. We are from the BX and I can really say that the PROFESSIONALISM is EXCELLENT. Took my daughter she purchased 1 pair & then went back for sun glasses. She didn't want to leave. Now my daughter and myself went back again this time it was for my 18yr. granddaughter she tried 5 pairs & finally she chose a pair. Her eyes were teary so were mine. She said they're name brand, I never had name brand glasses. She was worried about price & I told no at these place there prices are reasonable & we purchased it. And she left with a SMILE on her face. The ENTIRE STAFF are AMAZING and VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU A BX HAPPY CUSTOMER
The sweetest staff ever! Everyone was so helpful and efficient. Big shout out to Alicia, she was an angel! So friendly and sweet. Would recommend everyone to come here to get their glasses.
Dr. Preet at Vistasite Eye Care is great. She’s very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really takes her time explaining things. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood everything about my eye care. The staff was friendly and the whole visit was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend her.
