Lesson learned... I read the reviews after my appointment. These people seem exactly as the lowest reviews describe. My experience... they seem not to listen, they seem to love generalities more than the specific facts, and they seem extremely suspicious for that... like people who have hidden motives.

Very cordial reception staff and friendly atmosphere. No waiting time to be seen. Dr. Kauffman was excellent. He has a very calm demeanor and explains every step of the procedure in detail.

The staff was very friendly, explained all the new tech and was efficient. They got me in and out after the doctor reviewed my Rx with me. Highly recommended!

Members of the staff were excellent. Doctor seemed a little aggravated with me asking questions or describing my problem.. Didn't seem like he really wanted to be there that day. Will be using a new doctor from now on
