I did not have a good experience at this location because the sales associate did not file my insurance properly the first time. So I ended up paying more money for glasses than I should have paid. So I went back to get my refund. To make a long story short, I was not happy with the way my purchase was handled by the sales associate and her manager. I went there for 1 pair of glasses but after being told that I had good insurances and could get 2 pairs for $40, I decided to get two pairs. I said Wow that's great! A couple weeks later I got a bill from the Walmart business office. I was misinformed by the manager for the price of the glasses and would have only gotten 1 pair had I known I would be billed for more money. Not going back for anymore eyeglass purchases at this location!

Good morning Walmart Vision. I visited the Hampton Virginia location to have a repair done on my frames, which I brought 2 years prior under the America's Best company. The ladies working at this location (Joanne & Carolina) where very pleasant and professional. They informed me that America's best was no longer associated with this store, however the manager Joanne was able to repair my frames. I'm a local business owner and I would love to have these women representing my business!
This was my first experience with the vision center at Wal-mart and I was pleasantly surprised. Ms. Sophia was professional and extremely helpful to my mom while picking out her new frames.
Store was not very busy, so I was surprised when the salesperson, Irene, just left me alone to browse the frames (did not hover). Took me about 25 minutes to narrow it down to two choices. When it came time to decide on the lenses, they had excellent info that was easy to decipher. To top it all off, I got my new glasses in a week. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to replace their glasses.
Have not got glasses from yet I’ve called in their customer service is great. I went with son to his glasses and they were great with and hovering over us why we were looking at his glasses they asked a few questions and I said that we’re just looking. They all my questions about glasses for my self and it was a lot and let me call my husband and have him on speaker and answered all his questions, and they did not get agitative of agitative about it and they were not hovering and they did not push anything on us, which was great And I told him some other info about myself, and they gave me advice that they knew that I have something I could try
