Great staff! They are very courteous and helpful. Dr. Bellflower is awesome! He always takes the time to explain tests and addess my concerns. I am a veteran and I can receive services at the VA for free, but I prefer going to Sight 2 See with all of my optometry issues because of the family-like atmosphere, the personal care, and prompt appointment settings.

Twice I've gotten my eye glasses from here. Both times I specifically said I don't want it if insurance won't cover the add ons. Now I'm faced with owing them $182 that I specifically said I can't afford. I have excellent vision insurance that pays almost all of it. Three times before going to Sight2See I went to MyEye Doctor and never got one unexpected bill from them. Glad we have choices.
Picked up eye contacts for my wife a few days ago, when i walked in a lady approached me her name was Jenna or Jenny she stopped me moving forward to the front desk, she was rude and definitely not client friendly….hope she will change her demeanor. Not sure if I will ever go back there! Honestly I believe she’s one of those Karens outside of her job!
this place is not bad but i do see a lot of complaints about fees. The lady in the front is always trying to upsell you . She always asks if you want something but don’t tell you the co pay part . Just make sure you ask Is that covered by my insurance . The retinal thing and dialating part is a fee. Contact exams normally have a co pay. just get a copy of your benefits before appt. There contacts are very expensive so i might get online next year and order . I normally get glasses on Zenni
They were able to fit me in on a Friday for an emergency when 2 other practices I called did not have doctors in. Everyone was kind and the appointment was quick. Thanks! 😊
