Hiemstra Optical - Paw Paw

My husband and I went to the Paw Paw office. We both saw Dr Amy. We each received the most thorough examine we have ever had. When we went pick up our glasses Taylor noticed a very small crack in my frame she apologized profusely and said they needed to be redone. After trying them on again I decided they weren’t exactly what I wanted. She patiently helped me find some different frames that I liked better. It was pure joy dealing with this practice and we highly recommend it!

My experience has always been good at Heimstra. Never have any complaints. They take good care of me whenever I have an appointment.

I had damaged my glasses, so I walked into the office without an appointment. The staff was very accommodating and saw me almost immediately. I was in and out of the office within 10 minutes, with my problem solved. Thanks to everyone involved!!!

Dr. Bell is A+++, staff all seems nice really as well. Their phone system is absolute trash. I have called 3x with the "operator"/ call center saying they will leave a message, and I have yet to hear back, it has been over a week. If you need to speak with them, just drive there, a complete waste of a phone call and time. We are moving our family of 4 somewhere else because of this system. Speaking to someone within 2 days shouldn't be impossible in the care giving field.

Janet Brown and Dr Bell are wonderful! Janet has taken care of our eye glass needs for years. She's the reason that we return to Hiemstra Optical. I'd never had my eyes tested there before Wednesday but I was very pleased with the eye care I received from Dr Bell.
