I woke up with pain in my eye and the staff was able to get me into the office and Dr. Copeland did a very thorough exam. I got some eye drops to help with the pain/irritation right there in the office. The staff was super friendly, too, even though I looked silly with my eye squinted/closed the whole time.

The staff is very professional and fun! I appreciated the considerations during my appointments and the overall service is tremendous. I love my new lenses and I can actually see now....
Dr Copeland was very helpful in explaining my bothersome symptoms and offered options for my contact lenses. Support staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful with navigating insurance coverage.
What can I say staff looks like they hate their job. I imagine they hear the same complaints regularly. Like others have mentioned the $47 additional fee that they know insurance doesnt cover does feel deceitful. I honestly thought they were being transparent with a $47 fee as their paperwork has a check box to decline. However, that apparently is for yet another service/fee. I even told the woman who roomed me PRIOR to starting any tests that I didnt want to be charged any extra services or fees and asked if I would be charged for extra fees/services PRIOR to service and was told not to worry. Well that was apparently incorrect as the woman in the front desk said I actually don't have a right to refuse services and if I dont like the additional fees to look for a new eye provider. Thank you. I will.
Great team, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend them and their latest, leading edge technology that they are implementing. Thanks to all of them for being so accommodating for my wife and I!
