Doctor Walvek is an absolute gift from gods in the dental world. He’s is attentive, he educates you in your situation, offered solutions and listens to your concerns. Every second you are being treated by him you feel the professionalism and can tell without a doubt he truly loves his field of work. I hope and beg he never leaves. The hilltowns in my opinion has never had a dentist this great. I hope the office does everything in their power to keep him there.

This place doesn’t respect the wishes and health of there patients. My wife and I made an appointment at the dentist office and they refuse to do a general cleaning without x-rays even though we had them done just last year. And my wife just had surgery with x-rays back in February of this year mind you right now it’s July only a few months later. I Explained how we have cancer in the family from radiation and i am trying to limit our exposure. This went to a deaf ear. This is not the first or only issue with this place. My wife had an ear infection and the 2 doctors where arguing with her in the room on how to treat it. Un-professional. Makes you wonder how people trust them at all.

They have always treated me great I been a patient here for 15+ years

I have to say first that dentist we saw was excellent, both my children & I had an wonderful experience. However, the staff is highly unprofessional. Be aware that YOU must call THEM to confirm your appointment, they will not tell you this. My son missed a very important school opportunity for no reason due to the cancelation. I was given to voicemail when I called to take issue with their policy (after confirming my appointment, that was scheduled for the next business day). They couldn't be bothered to return that call. I went to my appointment & again they cancelled, saying they left me a message earlier that morning, (nothing about my complaint in the message). I understand No Shows cost money, but most businesses will issue penalties after you have proven to be unreliable. They are the unreliable ones, I was ready for both my appointments & received neither with less then a days notice on each. When I expressed distaste for the policy as it favors their needs above the patient, they were both rude and short tempered with me. I will not be going back. I'm sorry for anyone who is forced through insurance to deal with them, if you have a choice... Go anywhere else.

Terrible! Can't seem to put referrals in place. Over two months I've been waiting for a referral. They don't answer their phone. You wait through 9 callers to speak to someone in person and then they make you record a request. You're lucky if you get a call back. They don't call the pharmacy to refill important prescriptions. It's usually a battle just to get a script filled. It's a mess in every way.
