Kevin goes above and beyond and is the reason we continue to go to Hoang Eye Care! He remembers quirks about our information, is always trying to fit us in or move up appointment times to accommodate us. He even helped me with my baby today during my appointment and was so nice to us as always.
I had a very frustrating experience during my visit. The staff was incredibly rude on the phone and wouldn’t let me speak. I went in for contact lenses, fully aware that my prescription isn’t available with Acuvue. However, I typically get them because they’re more comfortable than the trial lenses they gave me. When I tried to explain this, I was repeatedly interrupted and not given a chance to explain my situation. It felt like no one was listening, and I ended up paying for nothing. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
Dr. Eller and Kevin were amazing and personable. Haven't had this pleasant of an eye doctor appointment before. Great and friendly people. Dr. Eller was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!!!
Completely unprofessional when it came to the exam. The whole time I am having to clear away the fog just to still not get a clear reading and when I point out I still can't see clear they call it good. I've had glasses in contacts since I was 9... never have I ever had an experience like this do not recommend. If you go there expect to get what you pay for. My advise spend the extra 100 and go to a professional
Me and my family have been using Dr. Kimmy for almost 5 years now and we love her so much. She is so kind and sweet and great with kids too. She is very thorough and quick. We also love jamie her receptionist.
