I have 2 friends in here. Neither has complained about anything. The first thing yoy notice when you enter the building is it doesn't have "that smell" that most rehab places have. Well cleaned & staff very friendly & helpful.

I trusted this facility to care for my father, and instead I watched his condition decline right in front of me. My dad originally started off in a shared room, and during his stay he began hallucinating and becoming confused. He would call me from the front desk even though he had his own cell phone because he couldn’t figure out how to use it anymore. Looking back now, it is devastating to think about everything he was going through. They stopped giving my dad his diabetes medication, and he ended up passing away. One day I received a call from one of the nurses telling me my dad had died. When I arrived at the rehab, they had moved him into a private room, and my father was still warm to the touch. I repeatedly called the person who signed the death certificate trying to get answers, and my calls went unanswered. No family should ever have to experience this kind of pain, confusion, and heartbreak after placing trust in a facility that was supposed to care for their loved one. If you care about your loved one, please do not send them to this rehab.
I've been a. Nurse for 52 years and have never seen a better facility then the Pines . Clean, friendly and helpful. The staff is excellent . I would recommend the Pines Thank you for taking care of my wife in such trying times. That is except one person who refused to give us her name. Have never met a so called professional not give their last name. Despite this the Pines is a great place.
I visited my 98 year old mother-in-law today for her first full day at The Pines where she is recovering after a recent fall. The building was clean, the atmosphere was friendly, and the staff went out of their way to make sure she was being cared for. She also said the food was good, highlighting the fish she had for lunch. I will visit again tomorrow with hopes that all continues to be positive. My mother-in-law has been at The Pines for about a month now. She is receiving excellent care. The staff have been wonderful. Her room is clean, and the atmosphere continues to be friendly. Thank you all for making her stay a positive experience.
