This is the worst internet service in Austin; I do not recommend it at all. I switched to them because they told me it was the best service in Austin, but it is absolutely terrible.
The staff are nice, changes to my account were done fast, and I don't think I've ever had a better experience at a Verizon corporate store. I'll definitely be back to this location next time I have account needs.
