My first visit here. Friendly customer service from staff, My paperwork was already complete so I had a quick check-in. The technician then called me back & escorted me carefully through out the pre-screen testing prior to seeing the Doctor. This Doctor is awesome! He is very thorough, answered all of my questions & discussed good knowledge with me about my vision. Thank you Staff!

Doctor was amazing. Wendy the tech was amazing. They’re thorough and communicative. The visit process was easy and pleasant. They’re thorough also have bilingual staff in case you need support in translation to Spanish. Happy for the community to have this gem of antaff available for us.

Incorrect information written in my chart regarding the reason for the visit. I only had a problem with the left eye because the right eye catarac surgery had already been completed. The information they wrote in the chart was for both eyes. I called for them to correct the information and someone was rude. The summary was not corrected. I called today (6-29-26) and that person was also rude. So I am canceling my eye appointments because their phone customer service representatives are not acceptable to me.

I’ve had a hard time with other eye Drs but everyone here was so nice, especially Ayumi so patient with me

Dr . G was very patient with me. He took time explaining to me his findings. All the staff were pleasant. The waiting was definitely kept to a minimum. A lot of doctor offices needs to take notes on how to service your patients from this facility. Keep it up and I see you in 3 months...lol
