I had to change optometrists because my insurance no longer covered the doctor I was seeing. Yes people who gave one ⭐ it's YOUR responsibility to check your insurance. Anyway, my experience was great from being welcomed in to my eye exam and picking out eyeglasses. Dr. Kelly and her staff complement each other and work extremely well together. Dr Kelly answered questions and explained everything well. Thanks to the entire staff at Kelly family eyecare for a great experience, can't wait to pick up my new glasses! 🤓

I just love this place. They truly care about you in the East Windsor office! My son broke his glasses over the holiday and they rushed the order and made sure we were taken care of. Oh by the way, when they say get plastic for reader glasses, listen to them! They know what they are talking about!!! Ripped quite a few strands of hair getting caught in my nose piece part as I consistently place my readers on top of my head! Highly recommend them for adults and kids! Great, kind and caring people.

Dr. Kelly and her technician Mimi are awesome. Dr. Kelly is very patient and thorough. She explains my condition and always stays in touch with my specialist. Mimi is always happy to adjust my glasses and take her time to insure they fit properly. I highly recommend Kelly Eye Care.

Very welcoming office, everyone's very friendly and helpful. But I mainly wanted to post this video to point out that the picture associated with it is the wrong building. I am posting this picture to show you where it actually is. If you're facing the white building, look to your left.

I have been going to Kelly Eyecare in Vernon for 5 years with no problems until August of 2024. When I went to the appointment in August Dr. Plucinik did the exam. In September my insurance company informed me she was out of network so they would not cover the exam. I was not told at the time she was out of network. She gave me the exam the year before with no problem. The woman in the Vernon office said it was my obligation to see if she was in network. How was I supposed to know that if everything was ok the year before. The doctor was very good but I am more than disappointed with Kelly Eyecare. I wish I could talk to Dr. Kelly about this. In the meantime they have lost 4 patients from me. I think all they had to do is resubmit with Dr. Plucinik listed on the Vernon office. Disappointed
