Always enjoy shopping at Walmart Windsor store and Manchester. Store all employees are friendly and customer service at these stores are cooperative and quick. Store brand dishwasher is a steal. The new updated clothing section looks really good and the selection looks nice, not sure the brands. I had to do a double take. Yes I will be shopping in the clothing in the near future.

Kimberly with brown hair and glasses was absolutely amazing! From the moment I got to the register, she was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made the whole checkout process quick and easy while still taking the time to make me feel valued as a customer. You can tell she truly cares about providing great service, and her positive attitude made my day a little brighter. Employees like Kimberly are the reason people enjoy coming back. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

I have shopped at Walmart stores across many states in the U.S. and even in Canada, and I have never experienced anything like this. I am a wheelchair user, and my partner was helping me shop. From the moment we entered the store, a female security guard repeatedly followed us and stayed so close to me that it felt like an invasion of my personal space. We were simply shopping, selecting our items, and doing absolutely nothing wrong. After we paid for nearly $300 worth of merchandise, we stopped near the exit while my partner ordered food at Subway. The guard continued watching me from just a few feet away. When she walked away, another security guard immediately took over and continued watching us. It made me feel like I was being treated as a criminal instead of a paying customer. My partner even showed our receipt and offered to let the guard inspect every item we had purchased. He declined. When my partner later asked the female guard why she had been following us, she responded rudely and said she was “just following orders.” We later spoke with a Walmart supervisor, who apologized and explained that the store had recently hired a new security company. I appreciated the supervisor’s professionalism, but that does not erase how humiliating this experience was. No customer should feel intimidated, singled out, or made to feel like a suspect while shopping honestly. I left this store feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and unwelcome. After being treated this way, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location. I sincerely hope Walmart reviews the conduct and training of its contracted security staff so that no other customer has to experience what I did.

The employees are RUDE especially the older women at the cash registers. There is a blonde one, maybe around her mid 60s , I’ve never seen anyone with such a terrible personality. I’ve seen them be rude to the elderly , snatch items from customers and plain NOT care to how they speak to the customers. I used to enjoy this Walmart but I’ll spend some more to avoid here. I don’t spend my money at places that treat me like a second class citizen because they can’t retire. You’re working at WALMART, not WALL STREET

I'm not generally a Walmart fan, but this location consistently exceeds my expectations. Cleanliness starts in the parking lot, and continues throughout the store. The produce displays shine, the staff is friendly and helpful - a positive place to shop.
