I went into the Plymouth Kennedy Vision Center and had an amazing experience. Olivia was polite checking me in. Avery and Nick were great. Dr Rossow gave me a detailed exam and Gracie checked me out! The optician Becky was outstanding! We had a nice conversation and she made me feel comfortable picking out my new frames. The whole staff was incredible!
Absolutely love Kennedy Vision! I’ve been going there for a while & have never had a bad experience. At my last visit Matt, Gracie, & Jack were so welcoming & kind. I also saw & have been seeing Dr. Eder & he’s the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly & makes every appointment such a great experience. Thank you all so much for being so amazing!
I had an eye exam today at this location and I have to say I’m well satisfied. Was greeted right away by Matthew who was very welcoming and friendly (which is important in any business/ service setting) . He got me checked in fairly quickly and was offered water and coffee immediately afterwards. Then, I got my eye exam done with Miya (tech/scribe) and Dr. Eder; both were extremely friendly and were making sure my questions/ concerns were answered. Overall, I spend almost an hour here, I had to skip the eyeglass fitting/ shopping because of my short timeframe. Will I be back? … It was quite a far drive here, so probably not. I did request ( online booking)for a contact lens exam/fitting too with the eye exam, however, it was not fulfilled. I thought it was strange how they remembered to do diabetics exam ($44 I did request), but forgot the contact lens exam.
Very calm atmosphere, and everyone was welcoming from the start. Matthew greeted me at the front desk, and Shana was so friendly and great at explaining everything she was doing. Dr. Moore was also wonderful at explaining the process, and I learned a lot about my eyes during this appointment. Yoselin took her time helping me find the perfect glasses, I’m VERY picky when it comes to any type of glasses, so I truly appreciated her patience. The two ladies at checkout, Rubi and Gracie, made the checkout process smooth and easy. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone trying to find a good pair of glasses or who may have any type of problem with their eyesight.
I had a fantastic visit today! everyone was so professional and kind! Lisa made check-in a breeze, and Anitza was thorough during the pre-exam. Dr. Eder was attentive, answered all my questions, and provided clear recommendations. Gracie wrapped things up smoothly at checkout. The whole team made the process efficient and comfortable. Highly recommend!
