I had the most wonderful experience of getting my eye exam and then purchasing the glasses. The stuff was extremely helpful. First to helped me picking the glasses without being pushy at all and then helped me setting up the application and making this serious adjustment since this was my first time but meta. I want to give a special shout out to MJ, Jamie, Andrew and Adam. Who I would strongly recommend Target optical to anybody who's looking to get glasses or lenses

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I received inconsistent information — what I was told initially was completely different from what I was told at checkout. The service was also not welcoming, and I felt like I was bothering the staff. I was under the impression that I had 90 days to purchase contact lenses using my existing prescription. However, I later found out that the 90-day period actually referred to ordering contact lenses without needing a new prescription. Since I missed that window, I now have to pay for a new exam before I can purchase them — something that was not clearly explained. I contacted them just a few days after the 90-day period, and only then realized there had been a misunderstanding. Even though it was only a few days past the deadline, there was no flexibility. Now I have to pay for a new prescription and the lenses. Very frustrating experience due to poor communication.
