I don't think I've ever had such bland customer service anywhere. Had yo return an item. The lady in Customer Service wasn't rude, but certainly not friendly either. When I thanked her, not a word. She should've been thanking me. Then went to electronics. The lady back there, Sheila wouldn't even acknowledge me until I said excuse me. Then she was rude and unhelpful. I told my sister these people don't even want us here. I'd rather spend my money where they appreciate it. So, we left.

Awful staff other then the cute older redhead at self check outs. Avoid getting your meat cuts here too as i suspect fake meat after my latest London Broil, was unedible and i couldnt even dehydrate it after 17 hrs which is x2 the normal time. Prices are still showing lower on price tag compared when i ring up my food . I dont know why there are 5 employees with only 2 self checkouts open in one area, i dont know why there are metal containers all over the parking lot which blocks off the normal road to that shopping plaza or why there is a local cop there starting at 6 am as im sure they can be doing more with their time for the community. Overall im done with Walmart as at this point as i can no longer trust the store and corporation due to their continuous bad practices and actions.

If you ever order from here and get used merchandise delivered. Its the manger in delivery swapping used things into boxes and duct taping them up and trying to convince 1099 workers to deliver the tampered and unsafe goods. A used air fryer leaking grease from the box is best example. Refused to expect the pick up Asked for non damaged clearly not a returned item. Kept bringing out same duct tape grease dripping air fryer Every single employee they made bring it out to me 4 different ones " yeah I wouldnt take this either its clearly stolen" 6 reports to ethics about this behavior zero responses about

tyd “tydgriggs” griggs

Worst delivery situation ever. Waiting on my order that’s over an hour late, while watching the tracking. Watched the little car stay in one place the entire time. Then I get a message that there was a problem with delivery and they took it back to the store. It’s called an “attempted delivery”. I’ve had them delivered before, no problem, so they know where I live! It would have been good to receive an explanation from a real live person about this and how they can rectify it. I’ve called multiple times to speak to a person and it’s impossible. It’s extremely aggravating and I wish I never joined Walmart+

Associate Michelle Garcia made my trip to Walmart so much better. (April 3, 2026) She noticed I was searching for something and took the initiative to come over and help without me even asking. She was friendly, patient, and went out of her way to make sure I found what I needed. That kind of service really stands out. Great associates really makes the shopping experience positive, but this store also stands out for other reasons. This Walmart is a very high volume location, but its kept at a 9/10 or higher in cleanliness and stock levels. Because of the droves of customers, sometimes it can be like a circus in there, but the associates really do a great job of keeping things well-stocked and orderly. It's an impressive feat that they are able to keep everything as clean as they do. It's the best walmart in the area and its not even close. I mentioned just one of the many great associates, but I think theres much credit due to the managers and hiring team too. Thanks for providing a clean and well-stocked place to shop!
