Had my first appointment with Kootenai Vision today. Office staff was friendly. The assistants who did the screening were great. Very organized. Dr. Johnson took his time with me, he explained my vision concerns and answered my questions. My overall experience was a 4.5! 👍
I walked in to ask if I could get an appointment next week. They got me in within the hour. Great staff help for the paperwork, the preparation for the doctor and the doctor's exam. Excellent service. The person who was helping me get set up with my new glasses, brought me a lot of choices that would look best with my face. She searched through for colors for the frames. I walked out the door with an excellent choice of glasses, progressive lenses and transition for only $252! The best service by the whole staff and the best prices. I am so happy that I took the chance on this company.

This was by far my best experience at a vision center. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. The doctor did a great job explaining the results from all my tests; something that had not happened at other clinics.
One of the best experiences I have had with an eye doctor. They were very friendly, quick, and listened to my needs. Other places have pressured me into contacts I wasn't comfortable with or made me feel guilty about purchasing my glasses online, but not here. They were great at assessing my needs and providing me with excellent care!
