The staff in nice, the doctor is cool and answered any questions I had. I felt the overall cost hurt my wallet but this is US Healthcare system at work not Prisim Eye Center's doing. Being able to see should not be a luxury.
Dr. Jesse Jangula has been my eye doctor for years. His entire staff is very friendly and professional and is focused on my eye health. Dr. Jesse is very kind and knowledgeable about my personal eye health and discusses all my options as my eyes are aging. I trust him completely and highly recommend him.
Dr. Jesse was amazing with our son who is 4 and on the spectrum. All of the staff were so patient and friendly. I highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Rebecca and Jesse enough. They are both smart and kind and really care about their patient’s. I took my daughter there for her eye exam and they really helped her to feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They are up to date on all the latest in eye care and Rebecca has thoroughly helped my dry eyes. Will definitely be lifelong patients at Prism.
My first appointment went great for Dry Eye diagnosis and treatment plan. My second appointment for a diabetic eye exam and vision check turned into a nightmare. Dr. Rebecca Jangula is great. However, staff member Mary manipulated me into an unwanted, unauthorized $39 procedure that my insurance would not cover. I never authorized any extras. Then office manager Heather refused to release my medical records until I paid for it. This is against HIPAA and Idaho law and down right dishonest and unethical. They lied and manipulated me solely to add the extra charge (likely so Mary could earn a commission). They cared only about their money, not my finances. Buyer beware. I won’t be going back or referring anyone to them. $39.00 just cost them way more in lost business
