Terribly disappointed. Please go somewhere else. While the individuals working here are friendly, friendly does not equal competent. This is the second time the Walmart vision center has failed. My first was a year ago, the frames they ordered were not correct, I tried to get the center to replace the lenses. Twice I was told, "you just don't understand glasses, you have to keep wearing them and they will work." After several more migraines I stopped wearing the glasses I purchased from Walmart. No changes to the lenses, no refund. I believe in second chances, and the Post Falls Walmart vision center is very close to my work. So, unfortunately, I tried again. I did the examination, ordered lenses. I went to pick up my glasses, I was excited to put the glasses on- I should not have been. The post Falls Walmart Vision Center managed to order the wrong lenses. I asked for a refund and received one for the lenses but not the eye examination. Please do not use this Walmart Vision Center, great for groceries, not for Vision.

In 2024 I paid $150 on top of my $250 from insurance for bi-focals with anti glare, anti scratch, and transition lenses and nothing for my exam. Last year all I really needed was another pair of bi- focals with no extras for around the house only . Went to Walmart on mullan once again same insurance had my exam looked at frames told them what I wanted after all said and done total my cost out of pocket will be $110 what? thats after my $250? Yes we'll i think I'll just take my prescription and order my glasses later when I have the cash, waiting for my script she bring it over to me and she tells me my total today is $45 What? My insure covers 100% my exam . oh, thats for the Retinal imaging that insurance doesnt cover. why wasn't I told about that when I made my appt? Sorry, its included in all our exams. so I paid it came home and researched whats included in a normal eye exam ? Hmm no mention of a retinal imaging , come to find out retinal imaging is an OPTIONAL feature that IS AN EXTRA COST OF $30 not $45 i was not given a choice to have it or not. So I decided to order my glasses from an online vender instead of Walmart after I found the same frames online that I picked out at Walmart, I filled everything out and completed my order. I was shocked my total out of pocket amount for my glasses were $0 & that included shipping. I was wondering how they would turn out - I recd them in 7 days ! I tried them on holy cow they were a great fit , perfect lenses. I'll be ordering my bi - focal glasses online from now on and finding a different place for my eye exam . Oh my total for my glasses that were covered by my insurance was $112 hmmmmm
This is my favorite eye care center, I've been to many other places but their Assistant B'Shaun is always so friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable and she makes your visit fun. We always enjoyour appointments. She's the one who showed my daughter how to used her first contact lenses and I always come back every year for my eye glasses and contacts and Mr. Bill at the frames are always so helpful and friendly as well always so kind. Thank you so much!
Deborah the manager was so helpful! She was such a gem. I’m definitely going back when I need glasses again.
Deborah was absolutely amazing. Helped me with everything I needed. She was so sweet, and a huge blessing. Please keep her around forever! :)
