First time being here.i had an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in. Everyone seemed nice friendly and professional. Dr. Salazar quickly diagnosed my personal circumstance. Explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions.Appointment took place on time and overall I was pleased with the overall experience. I plan on becoming a patient and client going forward.

and my family have been coming here for years for our yearly exams and glasses. From Dr. Salazar and the assistants, you are well taken care of. My doctor’s assistant, Mariah, specifically, was so wonderful and personable. She went above and beyond caring for me and ensuring my experience was enjoyable and meaningful, which is hard to come by. I will continue recommending Lakeside Eye Associates to my friends and family!

I’ve been going to Lakeside Eye Associates for at least 15 years, starting with Dr. Brad Hearn and now seeing his son, Dr. Bradford Hearn. What has remained remarkably consistent over the years is their quality of care and genuinely patient-centered approach. From the moment you enter to the time you leave, you know their priority is you. In a world where everything seems to move at such a fast pace, the care here does not. They take the time to listen, explain, and make you feel genuinely cared for rather than rushed through an appointment. I’d especially like to recognize Darryl for his eye for what looks great, and the entire team for being so welcoming, attentive, and kind. (espcially, Evan today). They consistently leave a lasting impression and truly understand what a positive patient experience should feel like. Exceptional care is rare these days, and Lakeside Eye Associates continues to deliver it year after year.

We loved our visit at Lakeside today. The front desk receptionist (can’t remember her name but she has funky, very cool glasses) was an absolute delight. She was so welcoming and friendly. Savannah was AMAZING. Very kind and patient. Dr. Salazar was great. My only negative is the optician who helped us pick out glasses for my daughter was just very unpleasant. She wasn’t rude or anything but she does not seem to be very patient friendly. Thank you so much for a lovely visit.

Jasmine is so sweet and professional. Dr Bradford is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer my many questions. I felt so respected and valued. My satisfaction, comfort and overall health were the top priority of Dr Bradford. All this was accomplished in record time!!! I can’t speak highly enough about Lakeside Eye Associates.
