Dr Gottlieb and his team are the best! They took their time with me and helped my find contacts that have improved my vision significantly. I had struggled with my vision for years! Myra was so sweet and explained all my options for getting the contacts. I will never go anywhere else!

I had the most Amazing visit today. I received the warmest welcome from Raydon who was so kind. Dr G gave me some drops that really helped my Bells Palaey and got me in and out quickly while still taking the time to get to know me. Then my appointment ended with Myra who was beyond helpful with picking out just the right frames. She didn't try and rush me and she was very honest on what looked good and what didn't. Thank you all for such a pleasant visit.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this office yesterday. While I was sitting in the waiting area for my appointment, my mother happened to call the office to ask if she could pick up a sample of contacts while she waited for her upcoming appointment. The staff member placed her on hold, and what happened next was completely unacceptable. While she was on hold, the two front desk employees began openly talking about my mother in a disrespectful and unprofessional way. They were calling her “sneezy,” accusing her of trying to be sneaky and steal contacts, and saying they were just going to hang up on her. They also called her a liar and continued making rude comments about her. What they didn’t realize is that I was sitting in the waiting area and I am her daughter. Hearing two employees casually speak about a patient like that was shocking and incredibly hurtful. At the end of my appointment I brought this directly to their manager’s attention. He told me he would look into it and work toward a solution, but it honestly felt like he was just trying to get me out of the office. It has now been almost 24 hours and there has been zero follow-up. If the front desk staff have such big mouths when talking about patients behind their backs, they should be able to use those same mouths to apologize for their behavior. A simple phone call to my mother acknowledging the disrespect would have gone a long way. The level of unprofessionalism from the front desk staff was shocking. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, not mocked the moment they’re placed on hold.

Dr Pettit was an amazing eye doctor and helped me get my prescription down perfectly. Afterwards Myra helped me chose a great set of glasses and she was extremely friendly & knowledgeable.

Their "great 5 star reviews" has to have been bought. I don't know how this company operates, but they're disorganized and a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They are quick to collect your money, but do not deliver like they promised. They said 5-10 business days and I am on 13th business day and NO ONE in the office can get me a meaningful status on my order. Someone will give me a call when my glasses arrive, they said, but cannot even give me an estimate date. Any day, they said. Take your business elsewhere. Dr. Gottlieb and staff: WHERE ARE MY GLASSES?!
