I was well pleased (and a little surprised) at the great service from all the staff. From beginning to end. The managers at this location know how to hire great staff members. From the first friendly welcome smile to the checkout everyone was great. I also received good help picking frames.

I was very pleased with my visit to LensCrafters. My first visit, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised at the fabulous state of the art equipment. It was easy to get an appointment, most importantly Dr. Lundgren was exceptional! It will be my “go to” from now on whenever I need a new perscription or glasses. The sales staff was “ zero pressure” very courteous and spent plenty of time working with me to select the proper frames. Again I was happy and pleased with my experience.

Dr Kim was amazing and super helpful. Answered all my questions. Definitely recommend her. Barbara helped me shop for a pair of glasses. She was amazing as well! I look forward to trying out my new pair soon!

I had such a great experience thanks to Mia! She helped me at LensCrafters and went above and beyond to fix my sunglasses. I’m so grateful—they fit perfectly now! She was incredibly kind, quick, and made the whole process so easy. Truly appreciate her help and excellent customer service!
