The LensCrafters here is professional, detailed, caring and attentive. I bought my new frames with the special, and got progressive lenses. There was an issue with blurriness and had my prescription re-checked. Raquel, the manager really attended to my need to get the new lenses corrected! I have also had great treatment at the LensCrafters in Albuquerque...it is a good company and they are making every effort to have all customers feel treated with dignity and respect.

I've been wearing glasses for 5 decades and this was the most pleasant experience and results I've ever had. Leah was the young lady who helped me, and she was wonderful! Above and beyond excellent customer service. She helped me pick the frames for regular, and sunglasses. She didn't just agree with me as I tried on several pairs, we agreed together which ones we liked the best!! She made the process fun!! She also implemented and utilized every discount and promo that she could!! I picked up both pairs today, they were perfectly done and my prescription is complicated. Raquel is the manager who helped me today, and again, excellent service!! 💯🙌🥰 Highly recommend Lens Crafters in Santa Fe!! 🤗

Absolutely worst customer service i have experienced. I order glasses, the tracking number says it arrived a day before. Employees say they don't have it, can't do anything to find them, and can't contact anyone in their own company to help me. Just told me to call the online customer care. I was also informed that there is no manager to speak to or that works there. And the automatic response to the 1-star reviews is less than helpful...Just another form to fill out where. I hope I can get a refund/my insurance benefits back since I cannot afford another pair of glasses

An absolutely seamless and painless experience. I won’t go into all of the details of what I needed because they are boring. The important part is that as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a genuinely friendly staff. I had an unusual repair request but they helped me anyway. In particular, Luis was super helpful, knowledgeable, skillful and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, Luis! You all are a great team!

Leah of lens crafters in Santa Fe New Mexico was wonderful, her customer service was so very patient with helping us connecting our Meta glasses. She was patient kind and empathetic. She definitely deserves 10 stars.
