I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters on the Upper West Side thanks to Anna! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Getting an eye exam can sometimes feel stressful, but she made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and reassuring. Anna took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood everything during my visit, and truly made me feel cared for as a customer. Her kindness and positive energy stood out so much, and you can tell she genuinely loves helping people. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized. The managers, Tanya and Reese, handled a challenging situation Inserting new lenses into my existing frames with tremendous expertise and helpfulness. I recommend this store with my greatest praise and commend the folks who helped me so capably. Service is timely, the frame selection is wonderful, and the prices are perfectly reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience here! My glasses were broken, I went to a bunch of other places and none of them could fix it. Yasmine was incredibly patient and kind while helping me fix my glasses. My glasses were able to use now and look perfectly. I’m truly grateful for her help. Highly recommend!
