Sales Representative (Tasha) did an outstanding job helping me get the best fit lens. I returned to the location three times to get the right glasses. She was very patient and professional. Leo was very helpful as well. I would recommend the Oak Lawn location to anyone who trying to find the perfect fit lens for themselves especially for the first time.

The best staff! Had a vintage pair of sunglasses that were too tight and Delores fixed them so they’d fit better - completely free of charge! She was so kind and helpful as was the rest of the staff!

I had lost a nose pad to my glasses on a recent flight to Dallas. Stopped by this LensCrafters and Natasha helped me get them fixed. She was very friendly and efficient in getting the repair completed!

Excellent customer service. I purchased an expensive pair of sunglasses from a luxury brand. They warped and the retailer took them for four months to "fix" them. I got them back and they still did not fit very well. I took them to my local LensCrafters and they were able to reshape them and make them fit perfectly.
