My daughter and I recently came in to choose glasses, and Nick made the entire experience wonderful. We took quite a while trying on different pairs, but he was patient, kind, and attentive from beginning to end. He never once made us feel rushed or like we were taking too long. Instead, he offered helpful suggestions, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. On top of his outstanding customer service, my phone was about to die, and Nick was kind enough to lend me a charger so I could keep it powered. I shopped at the LensCrafters in Cedar Hil, Tx last week. I just needed new lenses for my frames. They had a nice selection of frames but what was most impressive was their Customer Service. Nick was my salesman and he explained the different lens options to help me decide on the lens that best fit my needs. He did a great job to make sure the price fit within my budget. I highly recommend this store. I suggest you ask for Nick!
